Your plan & billing

Settings → Subscription shows the Swann Retail plan your store is on and where its billing stands. It’s a read-only summary today — to change plans or update your billing, you contact Swann Software (see below).

The card names your current plan:

  • Free — the essentials to run your store.
  • Starter — adds Advanced inventory: guided stocktakes and bulk catalog import.
  • Pro — everything in Starter, plus QuickBooks Online sync, delivery, customer loyalty, white-label receipts, and an online storefront.

If your plan is one Swann Software has granted you at no charge, a Complimentary badge appears beside it.

A status chip tells you whether your subscription is in good standing:

  • Active — everything on your plan is switched on.
  • Past due — a payment didn’t go through, but your features stay on while it’s sorted out.
  • Suspended — paid features are paused and your store drops back to the Free plan until billing is back in good standing. Your catalog, sales history, and data are untouched.

When your plan renews on a regular cycle, a Renews on date shows when the next billing period begins. Free and complimentary plans don’t bill, so they show no renewal date.

Plan changes and optional add-ons aren’t self-service yet. Features such as Quotes, Deposits, Advanced inventory, QuickBooks sync, Restaurant tables and modifiers, and Line templates are switched on either by the plan you’re on or by Swann Software for your store.

To move up or down a plan, add one of these features, or update your payment details, contact Swann Software — self-service billing management is on the way.
