Receipt branding
Settings → Branding controls how your customer receipts look — the logos, the text blocks, your contact phone, and how much of the cashier’s name shows. Edit any field and press Save changes; use Preview to see a sample receipt before you save.
- Logo — your full-colour brand mark, shown on emailed and on-screen (HTML) receipts. PNG or JPG. This is the same logo shown under Business — either screen edits the one shared logo.
- Monochrome logo — a black-and-white version for printed (thermal) receipts. Optional — leave it empty and your colour logo is converted automatically.
Receipt text
Section titled “Receipt text”- Header text — printed above your store details; a slogan or short promo.
- Return policy — your returns / refund policy, printed near the bottom of the receipt.
- Store phone — printed in the receipt header so customers can reach you.
Google review link
Section titled “Google review link”Paste your Google review link to print a “Scan to leave us a review” QR code on every completed sale’s receipt — printed and emailed. It has to be a full web address — a link that starts with http or https — otherwise it can’t be saved; leave it empty and no QR is added. See Receipts for how the QR behaves.
Staff name on receipts
Section titled “Staff name on receipts”Choose how the cashier’s name prints, setting the first name and last name parts independently:
- Hidden — keep that part off the receipt (the default).
- Initial — print the first letter only.
- Full — print it in full.
