Connect your Loyverse account

Connecting links your Loyverse account so the two systems can sync. You only do this once. Connecting is owner-only.

  • You need an access token from your Loyverse account. Generate one in your Loyverse Back Office, under the access-token settings. (Loyverse’s own help has the exact steps and screen — it’s the token your apps use to read and write your account.)
  • Your Loyverse account should have one active store. Swann Retail syncs a single store today; if your account has more than one active store, the connection is declined — Swann Retail can’t pick a store for you, so you’ll need an account with a single active store.
  1. In Swann Retail, go to Settings → Loyverse sync.
  2. Paste your Loyverse access token and turn the connection on.
  3. Swann Retail checks the token straight away — it reads your Loyverse merchant and store to confirm it works. If the token is wrong, expired, or can’t read your account, the connection is rejected and nothing is saved; generate a fresh token and try again.

Once connected, the one-time import brings your existing Loyverse catalog across, and ongoing two-way sync takes over from there.

DisabledThe connection is turned off. Sync is paused until you turn it back on.
  • Only the last few digits of your token are ever shown back to you — the full token is never displayed again after you save it.
  • If you revoke or replace the token in Loyverse, sync will start to fail — you’ll see the errors in Sync health. Paste a fresh token under Settings → Loyverse sync to get going again.
