Receipts — print, reprint & email

Every completed sale has a receipt you can print or email — straight away, or later from the order.

Right after a sale

On the Sale complete screen you’ll see:

• Print — opens your browser’s print dialog to print the receipt.
• Email receipt — opens a small dialog. Enter the address in Send to and press Send; you’ll see Receipt sent to … when it’s gone. If a customer with an email was on the sale, the address is filled in for you.

Reprint or re-send later

Need the receipt again — or didn’t email it at the time? Find the order:

1. Go to Sales → Orders.
2. Find the sale — switch between By status, By date, or Search (search matches an item name or SKU).
3. Open the order, then use Print or Email receipt.

Receipts are available on completed sales. (Canceled sales don’t have one.)

If you have a receipt printer

With a connected USB receipt printer you’ll also see Print (thermal) to print straight to it, and managers get an Open drawer button to pop the cash drawer. If your printer is set up through the store’s print connection instead, receipts print automatically as each sale completes — just use Print any time you need another copy.

Reprinting a receipt never opens the cash drawer — the drawer only opens on a sale or when a manager opens it on purpose.

Leave-us-a-review QR code

You can print a “Scan to leave us a review” QR code on your receipts, so a happy customer can leave you a Google review from their phone. Add your Google review link under Settings → Branding and the QR appears on every completed sale’s receipt — both the printed (thermal) and the emailed copy — just above the footer. Leave the link empty and no QR is added.

• Completed sales only. Quotes and unfinished sales don’t carry the QR.
• Any review link works. It doesn’t have to be Google — any valid web address is printed as the QR; the caption always reads Scan to leave us a review.
• A reprint shows the same code the customer first got.
